Once we receive the purchase price from the sellers lawyer in trust, we contact the realtor to release the keys, make the required payouts and the balance is paid to you!
We ensure that you know exactly what you will be paying on closing. Our detailed quote will include the real estate lawyer fee with Standard Disbursements.
