Your lawyer reviews the Land Title Documents, Real Property Report and Condo Bylaws to ensure they are in order.
We contact you for a meeting with a lawyer to sign the property and mortgage documents (1-2 weeks before closing)
We receive the proceeds of the mortgage from the lender; We pay the seller the purchase price and the realtor releases the keys to you!
We ensure that you know exactly what you will be paying on closing. Rather than only advertise only the real estate lawyer fee our estimated Closing Costs includes the Standard Disbursements.
